The following is a copy of the Rules you will need to sign when you rent your cart:

GOLF CART RENTAL RULES

• You must have a valid U.S. driver's license and auto insurance.
• Renter of a cart must be at least 21 years of age.
• Renter is responsible for damages to the rental unit.
• Renter is responsible for any traffic or parking violations.
• Do not drink or have any open alcoholic beverages on the cart.
• Do not drive while intoxicated.
• Do not drive recklessly.
• Do not allow unlicensed drivers or children to operate the cart.
• Do not overload the cart. There must be one seat belt per person.
• Renter is responsible for the safety of all passengers on the cart.
• Stay on public roads. Do not enter private driveways or private property.
• Do not drive in the bike / pedestrian lane.
• Do not go into the State Park Campgrounds.
• Do not park on the docks
• Do not park on yellow curbs, or in No Parking zones.
• Do not tamper with, or in any way modify or adjust the settings on any part of the golf cart under penalty of $100.00 and cost of repair.
• Always use hand signals in addition to turn signals.
• Failure to report the return of the rental unit will result in forfeiture of deposit and be charged the day rate for that unit.
• Failure to return the rental unit by the closing time posted will result in forfeiture of deposit and your cart will be confiscated.


Violation of any part of these rules could result in forfeiture of deposit and repossession of the cart.
